Talk with tutors
–
When I got back to uni I spoke with Amber about the opertunity at Precept, she agreed it was to good an opertunity to miss and i should try and arrange something where I could get the best of both worlds. Two days a week seemed to be the best solution, Thursday Friday seemed to be the best days for this. I then got back in touch with Precept!

Week at Precept
–
My week at Precept in a few choice photos! It was awsome! and even better is that I culminated in being asked to be a full time intern not at Shift but at Precept. Again this starts in May so theres a pesky degree in the way but we will see if something can be arranged.
One week Placement.
–
I wanted to get something arranged for the easter break, so I had a placement under my belt I got in touch with Nick to see if this was possible, we conversed over email and came to the arrangement that would see me go in for one week and we talk about future endeavors while I was there.
Morning at Precept
–
Today I went into Precept it was difficult to find but once I arrived I was met by Nick the creative director and Adam the senior designer I was briefly shown around then we got down to business. We looked through my portfolio as I spoke through the projects. They seemed quite impressed by the standard of my briefs and the work in my portfolio, as i was leaving they mentioned a program they were going to start running clled Shift, it was is an internship program in which runs for 15 weeks and aims to give creatives industrial experience. They offered me a place. But it starts in May. I have this thing called a degree, but they seemed like they could be quite flexible and were open to other ideas and pathways.
